An freeddiving session consists of 3 phases:

1/ Dry preparation: physiology, breathing, relaxation, dry apnea

2/ Morning dive:
Introduction to technical basics

3/ Afternoon dive:
Extension of the morning session and a more playful exploration of the environment

Indicative schedule: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Private lessons are available for a maximum of 2 people, to provide you with the best possible experience.
